Parker Village Window Specifications

​

All replacement windows must meet the following criteria:

• Must be energy star qualified product

• Climate zone: North

• Full window single equal double hung with screens

• Color white

• LowE3 Argon

• ½ Screens

 

Grill conformity requirements:

1 - Bathroom window - 6/6 (may be opaque or frosted)

4 - Bedroom windows - 6/6 (1 room on each side of the bathroom)

1- Kitchen window - 6/6

1- Living room 8/8 - (2 windows factory mulled together facing front courtyard)

All window installations must be approved by the Board prior to installation. It’s imperative that adherence to the latest energy, complex conformity, and installation requirements are followed. Windows must be installed by a contractor with a Contractor Supervisor License (CSL) & a permit must be obtained from the Acton Building Department prior to installation.
