$432 – 1 Bedroom
$502– 2 Bedroom 1st floor
$525– 2 Bedroom 2nd floor
$537– 2 Bedroom 3rd floor
Condo Fees may be placed in the PVCT mailbox located in the mail hut by Building A-B-C, or mailed to:

Note: Condo fees are due on the 1st of each month. If received after the 14th of month a late will be imposed in accordance with the PVCT Fine Matrix.
