Rules & Regulations
COMMUNITY POOL
All pool rules will be strictly enforced. Pool rules have been put in place to protect the rights and safety of all residents/owners and their guests as well as to prevent financial liability to the Association. All unit owners share in this liability. It is everyone's responsibility to read, understand and obey these rules. Failure to do so will result in loss of pool privileges for the season. Our goal is for everyone at Parker Village to have a safe and enjoyable summer season. Please help us accomplish this goal by following the pool rules:
GENERAL
-
No more than 10 swimmers are allowed in the pool at any time
-
No individuals are permitted to swim alone. At a minimum, two swimmers must be in the pool enclosure at the same time, with at least one of them being an adult.
-
Do not prop the gate open, and do not attempt to vandalize the gate for the purpose of entry without a key.
-
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
-
No barbecue grills are allowed inside the pool fence. Gas grills may be used outside of the pool fence. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
-
Pool and resident safety is a serious issue. No running, screaming, intoxicated behavior or loud horseplay is permitted in or around the pool area.
-
No bicycles or other play vehicles are permitted in the pool area.
-
No smoking is allowed in the pool area. Radios or other audio devices are permitted only with the use of headphones
CHILDREN
-
For their safety, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a swimming adult. Children in the pool area without adult supervision will be asked to leave. Their parents will be notified and the child and their family will lose their pool privileges for the season.
-
Please remember to abide with the use of swim diapers. Standard diapers are not allowed in the pool. This is a Board of Health (BOH) mandate violation and a poor public health practice. If fecal release occurs the pool must be closed immediately/indefinitely and BOH notified.
POOL GUESTS
-
Residents of Parker Village are allowed to bring up to 2 (two) guests to the pool. At no time are their guests allowed to stay at the pool without the resident being present. Do not allow friends and or neighbors into the pool area unless you as a resident intend to stay with them. They will be asked to leave if an owner or resident is not present. The person/persons who allowed them into the pool will lose their pool privileges for the season.
-
Only residents and their guests are allowed at the pool. Owners who rent their units are not considered residents. They are not allowed at the pool unless they are with a resident of Parker Village as their guest.
